Our commissioning process guarantees that every component of your system is thoroughly tested to meet all functional requirements. From initial setup through final adjustments, our dedicated team ensures your automation systems are fully optimized and ready for peak performance.
In-House Commissioning
At our facility in Barrie, we commission systems immediately following the manufacturing phase. Our team rigorously verifies that all equipment functions according to design specifications and meets the required performance standards. This thorough process ensures your system operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. We then collaborate closely with you to complete a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), a comprehensive series of tests conducted prior to equipment delivery to confirm everything meets your expectations.

Installation
We offer global installation services for our equipment, ensuring seamless integration at your site. Our skilled installation team handles reassembly, reconnection, and system validation to prepare for commissioning. Once the initial installation phase is complete, we perform a thorough commissioning process to confirm proper setup, functionality, and performance tailored to your specific environment. As the final step, we conduct a Site Acceptance Test (SAT), a critical step that verifies the equipment meets all specifications and operates effectively within your actual operating conditions.
Training
We offer tailored training for your technical team—including operations managers, maintenance technicians, and operators—ensuring they are fully equipped to operate and maintain your new equipment. Our training sessions are complemented by detailed technical documentation, such as operation and maintenance manuals, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC and HMI programming guides.
