Fabrication & Machining
Our mechanical build team—comprising mechanical engineering technologists, machinists, and assemblers—works seamlessly with controls programmers to develop robust, functional automated assemblies.
Supported by our in-house machine shop, we produce and modify components swiftly, coordinating finishing processes like painting, oxidizing, and anodizing to enhance durability. From custom fabrication to tooling assembly, our mechanical team ensures precision and reliability in every build.
Electrical Services
We are a registered electrical contractor in Ontario with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA). Our team includes three Master Electricians, several 309A and 442A Journeymen, and apprentices. Our electrical team builds, installs, and provides services and support for electrical equipment in accordance with local codes and regulations.
Panel Shop
Our in-house panel shop crafts custom industrial control panels built to UL508A and CSA C22.2 No. 286 standards. Using certified components and professional wiring practices, we produce high-quality panels designed to your specifications. Whether working from your schematics or providing complete design services, we efficiently handle both small and large volume orders to meet your project timelines.
Machine Assembly
In our 13,000+ sq. ft. facility, our mechanical and electrical teams collaborate to manufacture fully integrated industrial systems. We combine mechanical assemblies, tooling, hardware, software, and networking components into seamless, efficient solutions for manufacturing and material handling. Our flexible approach allows us to adapt to evolving requirements throughout the development of custom automated systems.
Fluid Power
Our design team develops hydraulic and pneumatic systems tailored for optimal performance and safety. Understanding the hazards associated with fluid power, we design with safety features like fail-safes and pressure relief valves to minimize risk. We carefully consider force, speed, environment, and cost to deliver efficient and reliable fluid power solutions customized for your application.
